Every week the children get a "fact page" on the country. We learned after the first week to fill out everything but the top three lines. Then we talk about it and give the children photos to glue on it. Here are snapshots of both Conductor's & Happy's Mexico pages.

He wrote "Mexico" but someone older wrote the rest.
Lego-Man's class worked on their ecology projects. I'll add photos of those later.
